Doug and Mitch are back with their weekly show featuring new articles on coin collecting, grading, metal detecting, and more. Each podcast is packed with educational content for the hobbyist, beginner, and advanced collector. The show is hosted by a team of expert numismatists, including ANA Vice President and Board Member Mitch Sanders. His numismatic interests range from popular collectibles like Mercury dimes and Franklin halves to more esoteric items such as Canadian Chartered banknotes and Swedish plate money.
The Tufts Coin Club Collective became an official university student club in January of 2021, but its president Matthew Johnson says he’s been a lifelong collector and wants to share his passion for numismatics with others at the school. Tufts sophomore Rowan Chetner, the club’s outreach director, says she hopes to diversify the membership and encourage more women to join the group.
